BREATH 2 - Breath of Fire Inhale through the nose into the diaphragm when you hear this breath on the track, you should feel your diaphragm expand, then with an active exhale, push the air out through the mouth with a fast and forceful "Ha" sound. BREATH 3 - Circular rebirthing breath Inhale through the nose for a full lung breath, filling both the chest and belly, then exhale through the mouth in a quick steady coherent manner, do not pause at the top or the bottom of the breath, make it circular, fast and steady Examples of the breathwork can be found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPDzB...​ On the final round you can exhale completely, let go and relax.
