01 Bahay Kalipay & Maia eco village - Philippines - 2012, 2016
This is where the large part of this work began. there have been many sessions and workshops held in and around these places, including early inner warrior experiments - working with boxing pads to help people get in touch with and release anger.
02 Singapore, Malaysia & Taipei - 2012, 2013
After learning inner dance and starting to work with people around boxing and anger release, I did some touring around South East Asia, doing the odd workshop here and there until I eventually landed in Taipei where I lived for several years. There are not many photo's from this period.

04 Bali Breathwork immersion - 2016
A 5 day breathwork immersion in Ubud Bali for a small private group.
05 Leicester Facilitator trainings 1 & 2 - 2017, 2018
Working with Katie Holland from Awakened Belly Dance, we delivered two 5 day IDIT immersion and facilitator trainings to groups in Leicester. Each had a slightly different flavour and both produced some great ID facilitators.
06 Paris Facilitator trainings 1, 2 & 3 - 2017, 2018, 2019
Again together with Katie Holland we offered three 5 day IDIT immersions and trainings to different groups in Paris along side the group Paradoxe, formed by facilitators from one of our trainings, who continue to offer workshops all around France.
07 Portugal - Being gathering - 2017
One of the biggest Inner Dance Breathwork sessions held was at the being gathering in Portugal, it ended up being about 200 people in total with 6 facilitators from all around the world.
08 Greece - Sound and Silence festival - 2017
An invitation to the sound and Silence festival in Corfu for a 100 person breathwork session. Following the main event there were requests for a further private session for the enthusiasts.
09 Switzerland Facilitator training - 2017, 2018
Sessions in Zurich and the creation of the IDES (Inner Dance Energy School), A yoga/Meditation center near the small town of Interlaken, between two lakes in the center of the Swiss Alps. We held one 5 day facilitator training there and a 7 day Vipassana style retreat.
09 Bali social confidence retreat - 2019
Facilitating breathwork on the 7 day social confidence retreat in 2019 organized by friend Sebastian Van Der Schrier.
10 Corfu retreat - 2019
Event at the sacred language of dance 5 day retreat in Corfu, breathwork, embodiment and a large ecstatic dance session, organized by Svetlana Kim.
11 IDB Greenspits France - 2020
Invitation to facilitate at the Greenspits Climbing festival in the French alps.
12 London Facilitator training
Private IDIT small group training in Chorelywood just outside of London - 5 day immersion and facilitator training.
