This is the second part of the conversation with George, it's been a real pleasure speaking with this guy, so much to learn about how to love well. One of the things I enjoy most about George is how clear and simple he makes things, his book; "A clear and simple prayer" is very aptly titled. I've thought quite a lot about this conversation and will listen to it again and again I'm sure.

Below is the little bit of about George you'll find on youtube.

George Bertelstein is a relationship counsellor of 30 years operating out of Berkeley, California, the spiritual leader of Medicine Path Native American Church and Author of 'A clear and simple prayer - Self healing and the path of unlimited love, peace and happiness.' I got the chance to speak with him on what the medicine teaches us about love, giving up things that don't support you and doing things in a good way. This episode is full of gems, for people who have a hard time with their minds and often forget what's important, this is something to bring you back to the ground and into the heart, which is a great place to be!

If you want to know more about George and what he does you can check out his website here:

And if you want to buy his book (which I highly recommend) you can go here

I'd love to hear what people think about this conversation, so if you have feedback or thoughts and want to drop them on the video please feel free. Also if you want to do me a favour you could rate and review this podcast on itunes, that's something that really helps.

Thanks for listening and please enjoy!

First part of a conversation with world renowned author, breathworker and founder of Breath Mastery, Dan Brule.

Dan is a modern-day teacher, healer, and well known pioneer in the field of Breathwork. He is one of the creators of Breath Therapy, and was among the original group of Internationally Certified Rebirthers. He is a master of Prana Yoga (the Hindu Science of Breath) and Chi Kung/Qigong (Chinese Medical Breathing Exercises), and he leads the worldwide Spiritual Breathing Movement.

Since 1970, Dan has personally trained more than 150,000 people in over 60 countries to use breath and breathing for self-improvement, self-healing, and spiritual awakening. He has trained Olympic athletes, elite warriors and martial artists. He coaches leading medical experts, corporate executives, and peak performers including Tony Robbins. He is the author of several books including “Just Breathe: Master Breathwork for Success in Life, Love, Business and Beyond.”

This interview personally for me was an opportunity to converse with someone I've learned so much from. It was a real honour and genuine pleasure to chat with Dan and the conversation itself helped expand my own thinking. With much gratitude to Dan and Anastasia over at breath mastery, to find out more about Dan you can check the following links:

You can also find the conversation on spotify and itunes, apparently it helps a lot the itunes algorithm if you subscribe and review the podcast, so if you enjoy what you hear and want to give something back you can go on and say something honest like; "This is the greatest podcast I've ever heard" or "mind blown!" Or use your own words to come up with something equally appropriate.

Many thanks for listening!
